Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full cycle of recruitment efforts, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement new hire orientation and onboarding programs, as well as employee termination processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including attendance, annual leave, absence, leavers, new joiners, and changes to personal details.
  • Organize payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to legal responsibilities and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related area.
  • 4+ years of experience working in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to work.
