Siamo alla ricerca di un Digital Campaign Manager con esperienza nella gestione di campagne di influencer marketing nell'ambito della bellezza. Il candidato selezionato sarà responsabile dell'implementazione di strategie di influencer marketing e della gestione operativa dei clienti assegnati.

Compiti e Responsabilità
  • Gestire in modo operativo i clienti assegnati, assicurando un'eccellente comunicazione e soddisfazione del cliente.
  • Monitorare tutte le nuove richieste provenienti dai clienti assegnati e garantire una tempestiva risposta e azione.
  • Supervisionare e coordinare le attività con altre risorse del team, sia interne che esterne, al fine di garantire un'implementazione efficace delle campagne.
  • Gestire i rapporti operativi con le agenzie di talent, costruendo relazioni solide e collaborando con loro per il successo delle campagne.
  • Condurre negoziazioni e contrattualizzazioni con gli influencer, assicurando accordi vantaggiosi per entrambe le parti.
  • Analizzare i risultati delle campagne di influencer marketing e preparare report finali per valutare il successo e identificare opportunità di miglioramento.
  • Ricerca e gestione di fornitori esterni, come corrieri per le spedizioni, fornitori di props creativi, fotografi, videomaker, fioristi, ecc.
  • Monitorare costantemente il panorama degli influencer italiani e internazionali, e implementare azioni tattiche di Digital PR per espandere il network di agenzie.
Requisiti
  • Esperienza comprovata nel ruolo di Digital Campaign Manager o in un ruolo simile.
  • Solida comprensione delle dinamiche delle campagne digitali e dell'influencer marketing in ambito della bellezza.
  • Forte pensiero strategico nella mappatura e nell'identificazione degli influencer.
  • Conoscenza approfondita delle piattaforme e degli strumenti di gestione delle campagne digitali.
  • Capacità comprovata di gestire relazioni con i clienti e di fornire un servizio di alta qualità.
  • Pensiero creativo e proattivo per aumentare la visibilità dei clienti dell'agenzia.
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta.
  • Orientamento ai risultati e abilità analitiche per valutare l'efficacia delle campagne.
  • Capacità di adattarsi a un ambiente di lavoro dinamico e di gestire molteplici progetti contemporaneamente.
  • Laurea preferibilmente in marketing, comunicazione o campo correlato.
