Marketing Campaign Manager (M/F/D/X) – Italy

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team at MG Motor Europe. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and measuring the success of integrated marketing and media campaigns that drive business growth and brand awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals and objectives;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns;
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing initiatives;
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI;
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure effective campaign execution;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to enhance our marketing strategies;
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, creating marketing campaigns that resonate with their needs and preferences.

**Requirements**

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in marketing campaign management;
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines;
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, including branding, advertising, and digital marketing;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners;
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and software, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
