The EU Social Ads YouTube Video Ads Program at Amazon enables our clients to discover and reconnect with products, categories, offers, and more value at Amazon through engaging video marketing initiatives.

The realm of Video Marketing is dynamic, challenging, and perpetually evolving.

To achieve this, we experiment, learn extensively, and collaborate with a diverse array of internal and external partners to create new touchpoints for our clients.


This Marketing Manager role presents an exciting opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of video marketing, actively contribute to advancements in this field, and collaborate with various internal and external partners to propel Marketing and Tech initiatives forward.


This position necessitates an analytical mindset, strong business acumen, a commitment to continuous learning, and a high degree of ownership to drive results.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking initiative, delving deep into data, and achieving outcomes.

You will oversee campaigns and projects from inception to completion, contribute to the development of annual campaign strategies, and work closely with creative, technical, and business intelligence teams.

Key Responsibilities:
i) Manage Video Marketing Campaigns from start to finish and achieve results

  • Plan, create, execute, monitor, and refine video marketing campaigns
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding and practical application of the necessary tools for campaign execution
  • Regularly analyze, interpret, and report on campaign performance metrics
  • Draft and pursue creative briefs, culminating in the creative production process
  • Contribute to the formulation of annual campaign roadmaps
  • Establish, document, and disseminate best practices in campaign management
ii) Collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing professionals, creatives, Tech, and Business Intelligence Teams

  • Work with creative partners to establish streamlined processes
  • Partner with Amazon marketing teams to identify synergies, share insights from the program, and design collaborative campaigns
  • Engage with Tech and BI Teams to provide periodic inputs, insights, data, and knowledge
  • Coordinate with other regional Amazon marketing teams to facilitate their progress
iii) Continuously enhance knowledge of the key factors driving innovation in the video marketing sector

  • Stay informed about existing and emerging video marketing solutions, incrementality measurement methodologies, and industry best practices
  • Document, apply, and share these insights with partner marketing teams

Basic Qualifications:
This role is a fixed-term contract. We cannot sponsor visas or support with relocation so please do not apply if you require these.
4+ years of experience, ideally with a background in digital marketing, product management, or consulting.
Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills with a passion for analysis and related tools.
Interest and willingness to learn the quantitative and technical aspects of digital marketing.
Confident in collaborating closely with a diverse range of partners, including technical (BI/Data Science) and non-technical (marketing and creative).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:
A proven track record of taking initiative to accomplish tasks.
Relevant work experience in digital paid marketing, display, social, and search marketing or consulting.
Experience managing online advertising and display campaigns, preferably with publishers such as Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Google, etc.
Demonstrated success in driving growth and optimization across key metrics.
Proficiency in another European language (Italian, Spanish, German, French) is a plus.
