The EU Social Ads YouTube Video Ads Program at Amazon is designed to assist our customers in discovering and re-engaging with products, categories, offers, and more value at Amazon through impactful video marketing campaigns.

The Video Marketing domain is dynamic, challenging, and perpetually evolving.

Our team is at the forefront of this innovation, ensuring our customers enjoy the best experience as they increasingly engage with video content online.

To achieve this, we experiment, learn extensively, and collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external partners to create new touchpoints for our customers.


This Marketing Manager role presents an exciting opportunity to gain a profound understanding of video marketing, actively contribute to innovations in this field, and collaborate with various internal and external partners to advance Marketing and Tech initiatives.


This position demands an analytical mindset, strong business acumen, a commitment to continuous learning, and a high degree of ownership to drive results.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach, a willingness to delve deep into data, and a focus on delivering outcomes.

You will manage campaigns and projects from inception to completion, contribute to the development of annual campaign strategies, and work closely with creative, technical, and business intelligence teams.

Key Responsibilities:
i) Manage Video Marketing Campaigns from inception to completion and achieve results

  • Plan, create, execute, monitor, and optimize video marketing initiatives
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding and practical application of relevant tools for campaign execution
  • Regularly analyze, interpret, and report on campaign performance metrics
  • Draft and pursue creative briefs, culminating in the completion of creative production
  • Contribute to the formulation of annual campaign roadmaps
  • Establish, document, and disseminate best practices in campaign management
ii) Collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing professionals, creatives, technical teams, and business intelligence

  • Work with creative partners to establish streamlined processes
  • Collaborate with Amazon marketing teams to identify synergies, share insights from the program, and design joint campaigns
  • Engage with technical and business intelligence teams to provide inputs, insights, data, and knowledge
  • Coordinate with other regional Amazon marketing teams to facilitate their progress
iii) Continuously enhance knowledge of key factors driving innovation in the video marketing sector

  • Explore existing and emerging video marketing solutions, measurement methodologies, and industry best practices
  • Document, apply, and share these insights with partner marketing teams

Basic Qualifications:
This role is a fixed-term contract. We cannot sponsor visas or support with relocation so please do not apply if you require these.
4+ years of experience, ideally with a background in digital marketing, product management, or consulting.
Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills with a passion for analysis and related tools.
Interest and willingness to learn the quantitative and technical aspects of digital marketing.
Confidence in collaborating with a diverse range of partners, including technical (BI/Data Science) and non-technical (marketing and creative).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
A proven track record of hands-on execution to achieve results.
Relevant work experience in digital paid marketing, display, social, and search marketing or consulting.
Experience managing online advertising and display campaigns, preferably with publishers such as Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Google, etc.
Demonstrated success in driving growth and optimization across key metrics.
Proficiency in another European language (Italian, Spanish, German, French) is a plus.
