Job OverviewAs a Senior Public Tender Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely submission of tender documents across all sales and service areas. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities, provide clear feedback, and ensure seamless execution.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate the preparation and submission of complete tender documents on relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of public tenders in target segments by analyzing publications on various platforms.
- Review and interpret legal requirements for public tenders.
- Work closely with team members to ensure timely submission of tender documents.
- Strong understanding of MS systems and software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in the medical industry is highly valued.
At Leica Microsystems, we offer a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.
