Automotive Aftersales Field Consultant

Descrizione del ruolo:

Il consulente di campo aftersales di MSX International supporterà la rete del cliente nel seguire ed implementare i processi post-vendita secondo gli standard di casa madre.

Compiti e responsabilità:

  • Comunicare con i principali referenti del brand;
  • Preparare, organizzare ed effettuare visite settimanali e mensili presso la rete autorizzata seguendo 3 fasi: Kick off – assesment – follow up;
  • Condurre valutazioni dei processi post vendita, mantenere il piano di attività di audit rispettando le scadenze e tempistiche assegnate;
  • Documentare e collezionare tutti i dati richiesti per ciascun dealer coinvolto;
  • Fornire piani d'azione definiti dal marchio, specificando eventuali carenze, aree di miglioramento e possibili azioni correttive;
  • Effettuare altri compiti necessari per sostenere l'attuazione del progetto dal punto di vista operativo.

Requisiti:

  • Buona capacità di pianificazione e reporting;
  • Utilizzo professionale Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook);
  • Una prima esperienza pregressa nel settore è considerata un plus;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta.
