Il Field Parts Specialist sul campo sarà un membro chiave del team delle operazioni commerciali di AM e fornirà supporto ai clienti nei siti assegnati per opportunità di pezzi di ricambio discrezionali sia per le pompe che per le tenute meccaniche.

Lo specialista delle parti sul campo sarà quindi responsabile degli SPIR e delle opportunità di pezzi di ricambio Capital dalla selezione all'approvvigionamento, fungendo da collegamento tra le organizzazioni commerciali e operative di Flowserve.

Il ruolo lavorerà a stretto contatto con i team di vendita dell'utente finale e le risorse in loco per mantenere una strategia commerciale coerente e agirà in modo indipendente per eseguire i compiti assegnati con l'obiettivo di massimizzare il ritorno delle opportunità di parti principali, fornendo supporto al team di vendita dell'UE durante la negoziazione, sfruttando tutti i prodotti e servizi Flowserve e assicurandoci che soddisfiamo le esigenze dei clienti.

Responsabilità:

- Preparare e garantire la disponibilità di SPIR/SPDP dei progetti assegnati.
- Lavorare a stretto contatto con il leader delle operazioni commerciali AM assegnato al sito specifico per assicurarsi che gli SPIR/SPDP presentati siano coerenti con la strategia commerciale dell'azienda e debitamente approvati da tutte le parti interessate.
- Aggiornare i prezzi in base alle esigenze
- Garantire la disponibilità delle distinte materiali e dei documenti pertinenti dall'ambito di fornitura OE.
- Identificare incoerenze/informazioni mancanti e sviluppare un piano per ottenere i dettagli richiesti. La documentazione includerà (ma non sarà limitata a): MDB, contratti, SPIR presentati, disegni, schede tecniche, rapporti di prova, distinte base come costruite, IOM, dettagli dei fornitori e documentazione).
- Collaborare con le vendite per definire la strategia di vendita delle parti nel sito assegnato.
- Collaborare con le vendite per definire le parti da acquistare confrontando i ricambi consigliati con quelli già disponibili/acquistati.
- Esaminare l'inventario dei pezzi di ricambio del cliente:

- Evidenziare i componenti duplicati
- Lavorare sull'intercambiabilità delle parti
- Identificare le lacune nelle apparecchiature critiche e garantire che siano immagazzinati i componenti/quantità corretti
- Partecipare alle riunioni (preparazione e revisione dello stato) organizzate dal leader di commops AM.
- Agire con saggezza e con impegno, disciplina e passione, esibendo comportamenti esemplari in ogni momento. Servire come sostenitore dell'integrità e dell'etica, promuovendo la fiducia e dando un esempio di leadership positiva che dia energia agli altri riguardo al futuro. Garantire che la sicurezza sia sempre considerata una priorità in tutta l'organizzazione.

Requisiti:

- Preferibile laurea in ambito commerciale e/o tecnico
- Molto bravo con l'inglese, la lingua araba è un grande vantaggio
- Conoscenza del settore
- Si prevede che il viaggio verso il sito sia pari al 50% del tempo
- Atteggiamento incentrato sul cliente
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione
- Solido background tecnico con focus principale sul business dei ricambi.
- Capacità di far accadere le cose tra diverse funzioni anche senza riporto diretto
- Capacità di stabilire le priorità e completare in modo proattivo le attività tra le organizzazioni
- Attitudine al lavoro di squadra
- Mentalità internazionale
