Adecco Italia seleziona un Assistant Restaurant Manager per conto di un importante ristorante tre stelle Michelin a Milano.

Responsabilità Principali

  • Supporto nella Gestione Operativa: Collaborare con il Restaurant Manager nella supervisione delle attività quotidiane, assicurando un funzionamento efficiente del ristorante.
  • Supervisione del Personale: Assistere nella selezione, formazione, e gestione del personale di sala, promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro positivo e professionale.
  • Soddisfazione del Cliente: Assicurare che ogni ospite riceva un servizio impeccabile, intervenendo per risolvere eventuali problematiche e garantire un'esperienza indimenticabile.
  • Collaborazione con il Team di Cucina e di Sala
  • Supporto nella Gestione Finanziaria: Collaborare con il Restaurant Manager per monitorare i costi operativi e ottimizzare l'efficienza finanziaria del ristorante.

Requisiti

  • Competenze Gestionali: Capacità di leadership, gestione del personale, e organizzazione del lavoro.
  • Orientamento al Cliente.
  • Gradita esperienza pregressa in locali di alto livello e padronanza della lingua inglese.
