Job Title: Sales Representative

Are you passionate about sales and looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at the LEGO Group.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of local retailers in Northeast Italy, developing and delivering a comprehensive market-incremental strategy for the Italian Business Unit of the LEGO Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual business plans for each customer
  • Maximize sell-out by ensuring novelties presence, assortment, and distribution
  • Optimize visibility in stores using point-of-purchase (POP) material
  • Grant forecast and planning of sell-in, sell-out, and dedicated materials
  • Deal with shipments and credit flow
  • Ensure execution of trade and field plans
Requirements:
  • Relevant field sales experience within FMCG or consumer goods brands
  • Strong data-driven planning, organizational, and execution skills
  • Proactivity and ability to work independently to reach targets
  • Negotiation skills, analytical abilities, decision-making, communication skills, team orientation, and integrity
  • Native Italian and good level of English
  • Based in the Northeast of Italy, with a valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel at least 3 days per week
