Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities with new and existing customers, managing sales leads, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities with new and existing customers to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Manage and close sales leads generated by colleagues in Marketing and Technical Support teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide sales forecasts and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Equivalent experience within Life Sciences required, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both languages.
