Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and develop targeted sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and drive business results.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales or business development experience in the life sciences industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Italian.
