About the Role

Veeva Systems is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Europe. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to reach new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Research and develop a plan for breaking into assigned accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Partner closely with sales teams to advance and close opportunities over time.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right Veeva products and solutions.
  • Rapidly develop sales skills on the job and through training and events.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience in sales development, technology, and/or life sciences.
  • Fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Team-first mentality with proven success.
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative.
  • BA or BS Degree (STEM, Economics, Accounting, etc.) with solid academic performance.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (~25%).
  • Legally authorized to be employed in Spain or Italy without limitations or restrictions.

  • Experience in consulting, customer success, or project management.
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle.
  • Experience in scientific research or in clinical trials-related topics.
