About the Role

We're seeking a talented and driven individual to join our Inside Sales team as a Sales Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and technical decision-makers
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver sales enablement content and training
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, sales development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs and develop effective sales strategies
  • Fluency in Italian and English language, both written and spoken
