Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team in Italy. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in shaping our sales pipeline and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new customers to build and grow a strong sales pipeline
  • Gather well-researched information about potential customers and their industry to form a thorough understanding of the sales process
  • Conduct convincing and value-adding conversations with new customers to identify their needs and differentiate the benefits of our solution from competition
  • Work on inbound leads who have shown interest in our products and contact potential customers to introduce them to Instagrid and our products
  • Prepare large accounts for meetings with our Key Account Managers and digitally close smaller accounts
  • Continuously improve our sales scripts to qualify and convert leads, and use our digital toolchain to analyze and improve performance
Requirements
  • Several years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Inside Sales, or in a similar role
  • Proven success with sales prospecting techniques, including cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach
  • Good understanding of sales metrics and ability to work data-driven with digital tools
  • Friendly and engaging personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent Italian and English skills, both written and spoken
