Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Italy. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform B2B mapping and outreach to potential clients and prospects using a variety of methods
- Track personal sales activities in CRM (HubSpot)
- Proactively initiate communication, build rapport, and maintain active engagement with prospects
- Organize product demos for Field Sales with qualified prospects
- Generate qualified opportunities for field sales pipeline
- Collect information and feedback on prospects guiding them through the qualification process
- Help coordinate offline and online events, distributing content from the M&A Community
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales within the SaaS industry
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Proven success in achieving sales metrics and year-over-year quota
- Strong business communication skills, including professionally handling objections and gatekeeper interactions
- Demonstrated knowledge of effective sales techniques with a proficiency in building fast rapport
- Familiarity with key players and market trends in the finance industry
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt based on feedback
