Our in-house developed system transforms meetings from time wasters into value creators. Our customers include well-known medium-sized to large companies from various industries, such as Axpo, Emmi, Esprit, Swisscom, and Swiss-Re.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential corporate customers and convincing them of our meeting management solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify decision-makers via various channels and make initial contact
  • Arouse the other person's interest to find out more
  • Coordinate follow-up meetings between the sales executive and the outbound lead
  • Maintain data in our CRM tool and ensure compliance with our sales processes
  • Participate in other sales and marketing activities, such as trade fairs

Requirements:

  • Sales is your passion and you want to go 'full throttle' in this area
  • You are 'fearless' when it comes to convincing decision-makers of our solution over the phone
  • You learn quickly, are curious, work independently, and are results-oriented
  • You are fluent in Italian and have a good level of English
