We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Sales Team at BizAway.
Your role will involve:
- Managing the full sales process, from initial contact to contract signature.
- Researching and prospecting for new clients in the DACH region.
- Running outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
- Presenting our solution to a range of stakeholders, including C-Levels, HR Directors, and Travel Managers.
- Leading negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract.
- Forecasting Sales Revenue and providing visibility into the deal pipeline.
- Acting as an evangelist for our solution, attending fairs and public events as needed.
- Defining Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders.
- Collaborating with SDRs and the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
Key qualifications include:
- A native level of German and a good level of English (both written and spoken).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR.
- A "no excuses" attitude, with a focus on individual success.
- Hunger for challenges and a desire to continuously improve.
- Proactivity and a willingness to propose value-creating solutions.
- Flexibility in a fast-changing environment.
We are also interested in candidates with previous experience in SAAS Sales, Business Travel, or Start-ups.
