Job Description

The METTLER TOLEDO Service Team is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative to join their team. This role will be responsible for selling and renewing service contracts on the phone, as well as offering spare parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the Service Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by selling Mettler-Toledo service contracts and spare parts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B service sales or a related field.
  • Intermediate level of English language proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented attitude.
