Job Title: Business Development Representative

Cpl Taylor By Synergos Srl is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our Sales team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with clients to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales and/or customer-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills.
