Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Siemens Industry Software S.r.l. as a Portfolio Development Representative - Digital Manufacturing. This role will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our Digital Manufacturing portfolio in Italy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Digital Manufacturing in Italy, identifying key target markets and opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, partners, and customers.
- Identify and track industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Analyze customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies, driving revenue growth and pipeline development.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the Digital Manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
