Business Development Representative

At Alternative Loans Experience Technologies Ip, we're revolutionizing business financing and making a positive impact on the European economy. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by generating leads and initiating contact with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls and emails, to identify and connect with potential clients in the north of Italy.
- Qualify leads through effective discovery conversations, understanding their business needs and challenges to determine if there is a strong alignment with our products and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Account Managers and the Sales team to seamlessly transition qualified leads into the sales funnel for further engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and communications using our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively communicate Infinit's value proposition to potential clients.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar Business Developer Manager or related role, preferably within the SaaS or Fintech industry.
- Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proven ability to initiate conversations with potential clients and navigate initial objections to create meaningful interactions.
- Self-motivated and driven by results, with a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous.
