Business Development Representative

About the Role:
Artemest is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and categorize inbound leads generated through outbound efforts
• Assess lead suitability by understanding potential customers' needs, budget, and decision-making processes
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them on to the sales team
• Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings between potential clients and the sales team
• Nurture early-stage opportunities before passing them to the sales team
• Gain interest through outbound cold calling and CRM journey across existing Salesforce customers
• Partner with core sellers to identify and source new pipeline and assist in researching lines of business and personas
• Regularly communicate with the sales and digital marketing teams, providing feedback on lead generation strategies
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Proven experience in business development, sales, cold calling, CRM, or similar
• 1-2 years of experience gained in a similar role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and across multiple functions of the organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of the interior design sector
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of Salesforce
• Familiarity with CRM tools and other business development software
• Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach
