About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Libon. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our turnover in Italy through field actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase Libon's sales volumes in Italy
- Adjust and promote our offers and promotions for physical distribution
- Communicate and animate communities of sellers and buyers around the application
- Conduct market analysis to identify prospecting areas, hot spots, and priorities
- Ensure a competitive and technological watch
- Identify and prioritize distribution networks and geographical areas of deployment
- Hunt and conduct commercial prospecting
- Identify lead-generating contacts and study the need for community customers
- Test different distribution networks and customer promotion logic
- Implement the Trade marketing plan decided by management
- Be creative and propose innovative ideas to make Libon more visible and known to points of sale and diasporas
- Implement the POS in points of sale to ensure minimum visibility of the product in partner networks
- List points of sale that offer Libon products
Requirements
- +2 years of experience in field sales and operational marketing/Trade marketing/community distribution in Sicily would be a plus
- Talent for negotiation and strong appetite for acquiring new customers
- Good knowledge of diasporas and their consumption habits in the area
- Good knowledge of Excel and numbers in general
- Excellent communication skills (written/oral)
- Voluntary, dynamic, and enthusiastic
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal Libon/external Networks
- English and French (intermediate level) and a 3rd African language like Wolof are mandatory for the position
- Driver's license mandatory
