Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop high-value opportunities for our sales teams
  • Drive relationship development with prospective clients and deliver a consultative approach to selling
  • Consistently achieve quality pipeline and other key metrics
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to run lead generation campaigns and follow up on leads
  • Provide closed-loop feedback to optimize the BDR process
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales/business development experience in a SaaS context, preferably with enterprise clients
  • Confirmed sales skills and ability to build positive relationships at multiple levels within an organization
  • Experience running all areas of the BDR process, including account planning, pre-call preparation, opportunity qualification, and objection handling
  • Self-starter with high motivation, independence, resilience, and ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams
  • Full fluency in both Italian and English
