Sales Development Representative

Veeva Systems is looking for a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team in Europe. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new leads and opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop expertise in consulting, product, industry, and sales to become an industry-leading Account Partner.
- Learn and execute a consultative sales methodology.
- Work within a defined territory to generate and qualify new leads and opportunities.
- Research and develop a plan for breaking into assigned accounts.
- Partner closely with sales teams to advance and close opportunities over time.
- Build trusted relationships with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right Veeva products and solutions.
- 2+ years of professional experience.
- Experience in Sales development in Technology and/or Life Sciences.
- Fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Team-first mentality with proven success.
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative.
- BA or BS Degree (STEM, Economics, Accounting, etc.) with solid academic performance.
- Willingsness to travel as needed (~25%).
- Legally authorized to be employed in Spain or Italy without limitations or restrictions.
- Annual allocations for continuous learning, development, and charitable contributions.
