About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Inside Sales team as a Sales Development Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform outbound sales activities, including cold calling, lead follow-up, and sales qualification to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Work closely with our Account Management team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales activity metrics, including contact acquisition, appointment setting, and opportunity identification.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales activity metrics.
