About the Role

Veeva Systems is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Europe. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to generate new leads and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at pharmaceutical and biotech companies
  • Develop and execute a consultative sales methodology to drive sales growth
  • Work closely with sales teams to advance and close opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Veeva's products and solutions
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience in sales development or a related field
  • Experience in sales development in technology and/or life sciences
  • Fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Team-first mentality with proven success
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative
  • BA or BS Degree (STEM, Economics, Accounting, etc.) with solid academic performance
  • Willingness to travel as needed (~25%)
  • Legally authorized to be employed in Spain or Italy without limitations or restrictions

  • Experience managing a full sales cycle
  • Experience in scientific research or in clinical trials-related topics
