Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and qualifying potential customers in the enterprise segment
  • Presenting our cloud-based meeting management solution to decision-makers in various industries
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders and understanding their requirements
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to close deals
  • Collaborating with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve the sales cycle

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Sound sales experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience in 360° sales and a passion for driving the entire sales cycle
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Self-organization and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to think creatively and overcome challenges
  • Native-level Italian and very good English language skills

Our Application Process

We follow a structured application process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all candidates. This includes:

  • First interview with Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 minutes)
  • Second interview with Team Lead Sales (30 minutes)
  • Final interview with our CGO and the team (60 minutes)
