We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Gemmo AI. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the field of Generative Artificial Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the AI space
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, including prospecting, outreach, and follow-up
- Utilize sales tools and platforms to enhance productivity and results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in AI and related technologies
- How to identify novel use cases for AI and generate exponential value
- How to explain AI technologies to non-technical stakeholders
- How to connect with leads and generate demand for our technology
- How to nurture existing prospects and engage with AI thought leaders
- How to spot new AI trends and participate in industry events
- In 1 month, you will learn about the current state of AI, Gemmo's value proposition, and market fits for our solutions
- In 3-6 months, you will have ramped into a productive role, consistently achieving sales targets, and working collaboratively with Account Executives to determine effective strategies
- Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Familiarity with the information technology industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Performance-based bonus (uncapped)
- Autonomy to build something with an enthusiastically supportive team
