Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team in Italy. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for replicating our success story and managing operations, developing business, and increasing profitability for our company in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage qualified prospects, demo the Agicap solution, provide technical assistance, and negotiate contracts.
  • Become an expert on Agicap and its products.
  • Drive rapid growth of lead generation through outbound prospecting.
  • Identify the pain points of your prospects and position the Agicap value proposition to SMBs.
  • Be responsible for the entire sales funnel.
  • Be the eyes and ears of Agicap on the Italian market, providing valuable feedback to our product, sales, and marketing teams.
Requirements:
  • Fluent/native Italian speaker with full professional proficiency in English.
  • Sales experience in SaaS environments targeting SMBs is a plus.
  • Creative and consultative selling approach with advanced closing skills.
  • Competitive and driven to achieve goals, with a strong hunter mentality.
  • Strong rigor and organization, with the ability to manage a large quantity of information.
  • Enthusiasm and team spirit.
  • Bilingual in French is a plus.
