Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the tasks of subordinates to meet company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure all equipment is operating at peak efficiency and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Accurately record goods produced and problems encountered during the shift to ensure smooth changeovers.
  • Perform mold changes with the Machine Operator and ensure the quality of the product.
  • Lead the team by example and ensure all employees understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Assess training needs of staff and ensure execution of training.
  • Correctly record time and attendance of team members and perform regular performance evaluations.
  • Attend meetings with the Production Manager and review employee concerns and issues.
Requirements
  • Min High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical engineering background and supervisory experience, preferably in the plastics industry.
  • Good process knowledge and ability to train personnel.
  • Computer literate and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
