About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior MEP Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data center team, you'll be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership on MEP projects. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of our data center projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and leadership on MEP projects
- Develop and implement project strategies and plans
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and long-lead equipment
- Undertake feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to installations
- Collaborate with customers to provide technical support and guidance
Requirements
- Degree in industrial engineering or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in design and construction management of critical infrastructure projects
- 10 years of experience in the construction sector
- Essential knowledge of laws and regulations related to installations
- Leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
