The Order Processing & Account Receivables Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless commercial tasks from order intake to delivery and invoicing of customer orders. The role requires coordination with internal departments, order fulfillment, logistics, export, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify new orders or contracts received from the sales department or customer before entering them into SAP.
  • Register and enter new orders into SAP SD, communicating with internal departments to fulfill order processing.
  • Process documentary credits, payments, and bank guarantees related to sales orders.
  • Prepare shipping documents, arrange shipment, and secure insurance coverage.
  • Monitor pending payments and follow up on final payments.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of active invoicing and use of SAP, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience in import/export and ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably 3 years.
