About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HR Partner to join our team at Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support leaders at your site on HR matters
  • Support the implementation of new policies that improve associate engagement and the working environment
  • Develop communication plans and initiatives to support manager with site briefs and any bulk or site-wide announcements
  • Take the lead on implementing and progressing HR projects
  • Collect and analyse data that can help drive new HR policies and plans

Requirements:

  • A degree
  • Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Relevant experience in analysing data and creating reports for leadership
  • Relevant experience in working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), experience working with basic employment law and HR/payroll practices, experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders across various levels of seniority, and experience of working independently and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
