Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current needs of the P&SC functions in terms of basic and advanced data analytics
  • Develop an integrated plan to implement required analytics in a suitable platform
  • Identify and adopt advanced analytics methods to extract insights from business data
  • Perform analysis and build data-driven models for business decision making
  • Create hypotheses and experiments to identify relationships among business phenomena
  • Prepare presentations and communication tools supported by data-driven recommendations
Requirements
  • Degree in quantitative fields like Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, Computing, or Engineering
  • 2-5 years of expertise in managing complex data structures
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong passion for data analysis and business impacts
  • Strong analytical skills, mathematical abilities, and business acumen
  • Critical thinking, clear and open communication, relational and team-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent knowledge of Office package, with advanced expertise in Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL
  • Nice to have: knowledge of PowerBI, SSRS, DataIku
