Key Responsibilities:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for analysing local market trends and competitor activity to generate new business for the hotel.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Market Analysis: Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads.
  2. Customer Development: Develop customer accounts and drive business into the hotel to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams, with a focus on Meeting, Events & Weddings.
  3. Contract Preparation: Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions.
  4. Business Development: Work within current business strategies and recognise potential opportunities.
  5. Collaboration: Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs.
  6. Event Management: Attend and organise client events, presentations, participations in tradeshows, sales trips, and fam trips in alliance with Hilton Worldwide's global sales structure.
  7. Networking: Develop an effective network within Hilton Worldwide's global sales organisation and local industry organisations.
  8. Reporting: Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management, including the reporting of appointments, calls made, and business leads.
  9. Customer Service: Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner.
Requirements:
