Job Description:

Sgb Humangest Holding is seeking a highly skilled ERP System Manager to join their IT Function. This role will involve performing business systems analysis and project management activities to plan, design, implement, and maintain the company's business applications and computer systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with functional business areas to understand their challenges and requirements.
  • Utilize ICT and business expertise to optimize processes, analyze change requests, and provide solutions.
  • Define, design, document, and implement ERP functional changes to improve processes and services.
  • Run ERP upgrade projects to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Provide coaching and training to employees on ERP system usage.
  • Support and further develop the ERP system to meet business needs.
  • Closely work with business process owners, ERP suppliers, and internal/external auditors to maintain a robust ITGC environment.
  • Manage IT staff to ensure efficient system operation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • Fluent English and Italian verbal and written skills.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience as an ERP/IT leader or similar roles.
  • Experience with IBMi, SQL, and DB2 systems.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems, preferably with SmeUp.
  • Experience in SOX processes.
  • Knowledge of service and support of infrastructure and ERP systems in an industrial company.
