Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager II to join our Project Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing PDS projects, ensuring timely completion, and meeting customer and business expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple tasks within assigned projects and customer requests, delivering high-quality results within expected timelines.
  • Write meeting and teleconference minutes, facilitating project progress and team coordination.
  • Host and manage customer visits, preparing presentations and ensuring smooth event execution.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Update project and billing plans on our database platform, supporting finance and project documentation.
  • Draft proposals for Changes of Scopes and Project expansions, adhering to technical guidelines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • BA or MS in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of GMP regulations and the pharmaceutical field is highly recommended.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with MS Project experience a plus.
  • Good understanding of Project Management techniques, with PMP/PRINCE2 certifications a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical field or related area, with at least 1 year as a Project Manager.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with an additional language a plus.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
