Job Title: Technical Transfer Project Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific is a world leader in serving science, with a mission to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Transfer Project Manager to join our team at our Monza site, a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical contract manufacturing and development facility.

Job Summary:

The Technical Transfer Project Manager will work in a multicultural environment, interacting with clients worldwide, and contribute to the standardization of internal processes by proposing innovative ideas. The role involves coordinating technology transfer documentation preparation, improving technology transfer acceleration, and mentoring senior project managers to optimize the effective management of strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that change controls and technology transfer documents are led accordingly to project timelines.
  • Interact with internal functions and collect relevant impacts.
  • Provide continuous updates regarding materials delivery and initiate and track material purchasing processes.
  • Support manufacturing activities, monitoring production on the manufacturing floor in accordance with manufacturing shifts.
  • Ensure cGMP is applied in work areas and aligns with cGMP in all relevant business areas.
  • Support in or direct coordination and control of project progress, continuous contact with clients, identification, and troubleshooting of technical problems.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Completion of a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in a scientific/pharmaceutical area or engineering.
  • Pharmaceutical techniques and production or equivalent technical skills.
  • Typically requires at least one year of previous related experience and a general knowledge of Pharmaceutical expertise.
  • Experience with sterile manufacturing is preferred.
  • English + local languages: Advanced written and oral communication skills.
