About the Role
The position is situated within the Business Management Department and plays a pivotal role in overseeing the technology transfer process and scaling up new pharmaceutical products within our commercial manufacturing divisions.

Key Responsibilities
The role encompasses three primary domains: Technical Excellence, Client Experience, and Relationship Management Growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that client specifications related to project orders are effectively communicated and managed by our internal teams.
  • Facilitating interdisciplinary tech transfer groups, assigning and coordinating tasks associated with the introduction of new processes and projects.
  • Monitoring project progress, maintaining continuous communication with clients, and identifying as well as resolving technical issues with the support of specialists.
  • Contributing to the optimization of production processes, focusing on enhancing technical efficiencies while adhering to cGMP and company protocols.
  • Assisting the Site Technical Business Manager in assessing technical risks associated with new project acquisitions and identifying new business opportunities during client interactions.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master's degree in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technologies or related scientific disciplines.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment, with a solid understanding of the technical aspects of the pharmaceutical industry and CMO manufacturing processes.
  • Strong preference for experience in sterile manufacturing.
  • Proven project management skills and experience in leading projects.
  • Client-focused with exceptional relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
  • The ability to motivate, coordinate, and guide multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluency in English and Italian (both spoken and written).
