Job Description

As a Project Manager II at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. Your expertise in project management will facilitate the progress of project activities, coordinating tasks among team members and managing customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Team Management: Facilitate project team tasks, promoting collaboration and effective communication.
  • Customer Management: Host customer visits, prepare presentations, and provide regular project updates.
  • Project Planning: Update project and billing plans on the database platform.
  • Financial Support: Assist with project billing and financial planning.
  • Documentation: Archive project documentation and draft proposals for changes in scope and project expansions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with GMP regulations and the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Professional Experience: 2-3 years in a technical field or related area, with at least 1 year of project management experience.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and English, with an additional language a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
