The Technology Transfer Project Manager II will operate within a diverse work setting, engaging with clients from around the globe. Responsibilities include standardizing internal processes by proposing innovative solutions, facilitating alignment across various internal functions, coordinating the preparation of technology transfer documentation, and enhancing the speed of technology transfer.

The role also involves participating in a mentorship program with senior project managers to foster effective management of strategic projects.

Main Responsibilities:

Documentation:

  • Oversee that change controls and technology transfer documents are managed in accordance with project timelines.
  • Collaborate with all internal functions to gather relevant impacts.

RDA and Material Management:

  • Provide ongoing updates regarding material deliveries.
  • Initiate and monitor the material purchasing process.

Internal Support and Client Relations:

  • Offer support as needed to manufacturing operations, ensuring production aligns with manufacturing schedules.

Additional Responsibilities:

GMP Compliance:

  • Ensure that cGMP standards are upheld in the work area and are consistent across all relevant business sectors.

Understand and apply emergency procedures and safe working systems as required.

Project Management:

  • Assist in or directly manage project progress, maintain continuous communication with clients, and identify and resolve technical issues with the support of specialists from involved functions.

Job Scope:

  • Adapt to diverse situations requiring analytical, interpretive, evaluative, and constructive thinking.
  • Network and coordinate with both internal and external personnel.
  • Develop project management competencies.

Relations:

  • Internal: All company functions
  • External: Existing clients and suppliers

Qualifications:

Education:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a scientific or pharmaceutical field (e.g., FCT, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology) or in engineering.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical techniques and production processes.

Professional Experience:

  • Typically requires at least one year of relevant experience and a general understanding of pharmaceutical expertise.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.
  • Experience in sterile manufacturing is preferred.

Languages:

  • Advanced written and oral communication skills in English and local languages.

Personality Traits:

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented analytical abilities.
  • Capability to work independently as well as guide a team.

Desirable:

A commercial business orientation is advantageous.
