Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at alpitronic Americas LLC. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of our IT functions, including operating systems, security tools, applications, and servers.

  • Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones.
  • Design, document, implement, test, and administer systems and networks to meet business needs.
  • Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Provide technical support and training to employees on software and hardware usage.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, hardware, and software to assess their potential impact on our organization.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous professional experience in IT, preferably in a similar position.
  • In-depth knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools.
  • A customer- and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Fluency in English, German, and Italian.
