Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a young talent to join our marketing team, supporting communication activities and contributing to the growth of our internationally oriented manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Content Creation: Develop innovative content for traditional and cutting-edge communication materials
  • Events and Trade Shows: Assist in planning and logistical management of corporate events, international meetings, and industry trade shows
  • Creation of dedicated communication materials for events (posters, banners, presentations)
  • Coordination with external agencies for the production of promotional materials
Key Responsibilities

You will support activities for defining the positioning of corporate brands through market analysis and competitor benchmarking. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to strengthen the visual and communicative consistency of the brands.

Data Analysis and Reporting

You will collect and analyze marketing and communication data to monitor the effectiveness of actions taken. You will also prepare reports to evaluate project performance and propose innovative ideas.

Internal Communication

You will contribute to spreading the company culture through dedicated communication campaigns.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Passion for communication and creativity in proposing ideas
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Fluent in Italian and English
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a full-time internship with expense reimbursement and a competitive salary of approximately $40,000 per year, considering the location in Valbrembo, Italy. Benefits include a company canteen and a workplace that values respect, trust, and empathy.
