Descrizione del ruolo:

Il Project Manager Tecnico è responsabile della gestione dei progetti tecnici e della sicurezza in cantiere. Sarà necessario verificare preventivamente le offerte e approvare la fattibilità contrattuale, tecnica ed economica delle commesse. Inoltre, sarà responsabile della definizione del piano di realizzazione delle commesse e della supervisione dei reparti coinvolti per il completamento dei progetti.

Responsabilità:

  • Assumere il ruolo di preposto e/o responsabile tecnico e/o direttore tecnico e/o dirigente per la sicurezza in base alla commessa.
  • Responsabile aziendale delle commesse con il cliente.
  • Responsabile della marginalità di commessa.
  • Responsabile della sicurezza in cantiere.
  • Responsabile della produzione dei prodotti aziendali e di terze parti a completamento dell'opera, in collaborazione con l'ufficio acquisti.

Requisiti:

  • Diploma in Geometra o affini.
  • Conoscenza professionale delle normative e leggi in materia di salute e sicurezza.
  • Conoscenze Elettriche di base.
  • Conoscenza professionale delle norme, direttive e regolamenti di riferimento delle macchine e dei prodotti da costruzione (CPD).
  • Ottima conoscenza del software CAD.
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese livello B1.
