Responsibilities

  • Lead high-performing teams of Power, Analog, and mixed signal IC designers, driving top-down design flows and methodologies.
  • Implement and enforce good design practices and discipline in product development.
  • Collaborate proactively, resourcefully, and creatively to drive innovation, technical development, and consensus facilitation, resulting in optimal project outcomes.
  • Design and develop high-efficiency, high-power-density switching regulator circuits for the Automotive environment, leveraging expertise in Bipolar, CMOS, DMOS, and Mixed Signal content.
  • Apply solid understanding of EMI mitigation design techniques, power supply application, and digital design flows and verification.
  • Manage multiple priorities, deliver results on-time, and allocate resources across multiple global locations.
  • Drive successful projects from concept to production, leveraging a proven track record.
  • Develop and maintain university relationships, drive recruitment, mentor, and develop talent.
  • Occasional international and domestic travel may be required.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE or MSEE) with 8+ years of experience in Analog/Mixed Signal IC design.
  • Deep understanding of Analog IC Design principles.
  • Prior management experience with internal and external teams on a global scale, preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey ideas and concepts clearly.
  • Strong management skills to interact effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
