Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Director of Design Engineering, High Performance Power, you'll be responsible for leading a team of engineering talent, defining deliverables, planning resources, and driving results. Your expertise will be crucial in:

  • Managing Power, Analog, and mixed signal IC design teams and developments using top-down design flows and methodologies
  • Driving good design practices and discipline in product development
  • Proactively collaborating with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve design processes
  • Designing switching regulator circuits for the Automotive environment, with a focus on high efficiency, high power density, and EMI mitigation
  • Managing multiple priorities and delivering results on-time, while managing resources across multiple global locations
  • Developing and mentoring talent, including university relationships and recruitment

Essential Requirements

  • BSEE, MSEE (preferred) with 8+ years of experience in analog/mixed signal IC design
  • Solid understanding of Analog IC Design and EMI mitigation techniques
  • Prior management experience with internal and external teams on a global scale, preferred
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts
  • Strong management skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels in the organization
