About the Role
In this Customer Service Specialist position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order management from sales order entry to delivery and invoice dispatch.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, providing timely and accurate responses
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and R&D departments to ensure timely deliveries and product customizations
- Handle customer claims and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Daily contact with production, R&D, and quality departments to discuss production timelines and product quality
- Collaborate with logistics to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues
About You
- Commercial education and at least 2 years of experience in customer service in an international company
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with fluency in English and good knowledge of French
- Strong customer-centric personality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of AS400 is a plus
