About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Oerlikon Luxury. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless order management from sales order entry to delivery and invoice dispatch.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and R&D departments to ensure timely delivery and product customization
  • Handle customer claims and resolve disputes in a fair and efficient manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
  • Collaborate with the quality department to resolve damaged goods claims
  • Coordinate deliveries with the logistics department to ensure timely and accurate delivery

Your Profile

  • Commercial education and at least 2 years' experience in customer service within an international company
  • Experience in the fashion/luxury customer service department is a plus
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, and good knowledge of French is required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong customer-oriented personality
  • Knowledge of AS400 is preferable
